Do you find yourself feeling stuck? Anxious about an upcoming transition in your life or reeling from one that has already happened? Experiencing trauma, dealing with grief, health issues, moving to a new place, or partner separations are just some of the experiences that contribute to my clients feeling stuck in their lives. Whether you're just starting to struggle with the impact it's having on your life or you have been dealing with it for years, I specialize in working with young adults and college students to help them get unstuck and on the path to healing and recovery.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship between therapist and client and a safe space are the most essential pieces for any client to benefit from therapy. I tailor my approach differently to each person I work with. Blending humanistic therapy with cognitive therapies to help facilitate a safe space and an environment that facilitates change.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. Even if you have benefited from it before. Please feel free to send me a message or give me a call to schedule a free 15 minute introductory call so we can determine if I might be the right fit as your therapist.
