Life can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry that weight alone. In our time together, we’ll make space for healing, build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and strengthen the resilience you need to move forward with confidence.
I have experience providing individual therapy to children, teens, and adults, as well as offering parent coaching and family therapy. My clients have faced a wide range of mental health challenges, from mild anxiety and depression to complex mood disorders and life-threatening symptoms.
