I’m a licensed psychologist who specializes in working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and suicidal or self-harming behaviors. Clients often come to me to feel calmer and more grounded, reduce anxiety or negative self-talk, improve sleep, strengthen their relationships, or build confidence in themselves and their future.
Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, with a balance of warmth and clear structure. I help clients understand their patterns, develop tools for managing intense emotions, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
