The students I work best with are often feeling overwhelmed by the demands of college and life. They may be struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, family pressures, academic concerns, or major life transitions. Many are used to being the "strong one" for everyone else and find themselves feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of how to prioritize their own needs.

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where students can better understand their emotions, build healthy coping skills, improve self-confidence, set boundaries, and navigate challenges with greater clarity. Whether they are adjusting to college life, managing stress, exploring their identity, or working through personal struggles, I help students develop practical tools and insight so they can feel more balanced, confident, and connected to what matters most to them.
