Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and overwhelming, especially if you’re navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. I work with students who are experiencing self-doubt, relationship challenges, or simply feeling “off” and wanting to better understand themselves. My style is collaborative, warm, and direct—I’ll help you notice patterns, ask deeper questions, and make intentional changes.
I also specialize in supporting people through identity shifts, family stress, and the challenges that come with balancing school, relationships, and personal growth. I bring over a decade of experience in hospital and emergency settings, which has given me a deep respect for resilience and nuance. Today, my focus is on helping high-functioning adults—including college students—find clarity, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves.
