Cheyenne Mullan
I work with older teens and adults who experience trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, self-esteem and identity issues, LGBTQIA2S+ concerns, or other life transitions. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship prompts fuller connections in other areas of life - to oneself, to others, and to the environment. We will work to discover your personal values, explore and process patterned behaviors and relationships, and uncover and utilize your own strengths to take steps towards achieving personal goals.
My approach is trauma-focused and person-centered, including a background in psychodynamic therapy, somatic attachment theory, parts work, TF-CBT, and holistic wellness.
