  • Psychologists

Hi! I'm Dr. Constance West, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I work with college students and young women who are managing stress, anxiety, trauma, racial identity-related concerns, chronic health conditions, or major life transitions. Whether you're balancing academics, relationships, family responsibilities, or your own well-being, you don't have to navigate it alone.

My approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Together, we'll explore the thoughts and experiences that shape your well-being, develop practical coping strategies, and create a plan that aligns with your values and goals. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped to thrive both in college and beyond.
