People want someone to help ensure them that things will be "Okay." A healthy mind is a happy mind and in efforts to ensure that our minds are healthy we have to learn how to be happy. Happy does not just mean smiling and being able to get through your day without a complaint. Happy means being in tuned with your "star player" and trusting who YOU are as a person. I welcome a warm nonjudgmental spirit of truth, empathy and compassion. I can help you through those tough times and those good times.
