Devine Interventions Counseling and Wellness
I especially enjoy working with college students and young adults who are figuring out who they are, what they want, and how to navigate everything that comes with this stage of life. You may be balancing school, work, relationships, family expectations, independence, and big decisions about your future—all while dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, self-doubt, perfectionism, or feeling overwhelmed.
Many of the young adults I work well with are thoughtful, insightful, and capable, but may still feel stuck or unsure of themselves. You might look like you have things together on the outside while internally wondering why everything feels so hard. You may be adjusting to college, struggling with relationships or friendships, trying to set boundaries with family, questioning your direction, or simply trying to understand yourself better.
My style is warm, collaborative, down-to-earth, and personalized. I don't believe therapy should feel like someone sitting across from you telling you how to live your life. I believe you often already have more strengths, insight, and answers within you than you realize. My role is to help you put the pieces together, understand patterns that may be getting in your way, build practical coping skills, and create a life that feels more like your own.
