I offer a warm and non-judgemental space, integrating multiple therapeutic approaches including client-centered, cognitive behavioral and narrative therapy.
I support clients managing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, substance use and relationship issues. I have extensive experience helping young adults and university students navigate their experiences.
I believe each of us has a capacity to grow and heal and that the therapeutic relationship provides a context for those processes. I strive to meet each client where they are and I believe that engaging with counseling is itself a step towards healing.
