I work with folx 18+ navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and insight-driven, helping you understand patterns, build practical tools, and make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
