Hannah Strege
College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. You may be navigating academic pressure, anxiety, self doubt, relationship changes, family expectations, homesickness, or uncertainty about your future. Perhaps you are used to holding everything together but are beginning to feel exhausted, stuck, or unlike yourself. You do not have to figure it all out alone.
I work with college students and young adults who want to better understand themselves, manage difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident moving forward. I also welcome students whose stories include adoption, embryo adoption, infertility, IVF, or other complex family formation experiences.
My approach is warm, relational, collaborative, and trauma informed. I use evidence based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help you recognize unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping skills, improve communication, and navigate transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, strengths, values, and goals.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and you do not need to arrive knowing exactly what to say. We can begin by untangling what feels overwhelming and identifying the support you need. If you are looking for a compassionate space to feel heard while developing practical tools for growth, I invite you to reach out and see whether we may be a good fit.
