Jennifer Koch LCSW LMT SEP
My name is Jennifer Koch (She/Her). I am a 30 year experienced somatic mind-body oriented therapist who provides support for adolescents and adults moving through issues related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, sexual abuse survivors, medical trauma, falls/injuries, car accidents, substance use, grief/loss, LGBTQIA+ and other life transitions. Clients reach out for many reasons. Some are noticing distressing memories, fears, worry, or sadness impacting their relationships, employment, and sleep. Sometimes parents reach out concerned about their teen or college student seeming more withdrawn or overwhelmed at school/college or home.
Some clients are feeling pressure to be perfect and keep up with life’s demands. Some are feeling stuck and unable to move their life forward and accomplish their personal or professional goals. I believe wholeheartedly in the resilience and capacity of our nervous systems to heal and move beyond past/current challenges we face with the right support.
Please email me or call to schedule a free 15 minute telephone consultation call to explore if we are a good match for the support you are needing at this time. If so, we will schedule your initial visit in-person or via telehealth.
