I have been working with individuals, couples, families and groups for over 9 years as a teacher, case manager, skills trainer and counselor to help others learn to cope with these challenges and obstacles. I want to work with you to help you overcome struggles and live a tranquil life through learning new coping skills and having a safe place to explore both positive and negative life experiences.
I have used a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities as I believe that everyone learns and experiences life in their own unique way. We can work together to find ways for you to build your own inner strength and reach your individual goals.
