Are you feeling exhausted by racing thoughts, feeling on edge even when everything in your life on the outside looks fine on the surface?
Are you a high achiever who is terrified of failing and overwhelmed on the inside?
Do you find yourself overthinking conversations after they are over or feeling like everyone is secretly judging you?
Does your anxiety make it difficult to focus on your work or enjoy time with your friends or family leaving you feeling stuck in a loop of "what ifs?"
You may find yourself avoiding things you really want to do like seeing friends, meeting with a professor, sending a text or email or trying something new due to your worried mind.
I help people manage "stuck" thoughts and quiet their "inner critic." I teach the skills that are needed to learn how to manage anxiety.
Together we will learn the process of responding to worries in a different and more helpful way.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out to a therapist. We can start very simply with a 15-20 minute free consultation call. That way you will know if I am a good fit for your needs.
I'm looking forward to meeting you:)
