Licensed Professional Counselor, LMHC, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I believe people have the inherent capacity to heal and grow. To support this change, I provide a nonjudgmental, warm, and collaborative therapeutic space. I will work with you to tap into your strengths, gain insight into behaviors that might currently feel stuck or confusing, and learn skills to empower you to effectively deal with stress and emotional ups and downs.

My approach is tailored to your specific goals and circumstances, and typically includes a mixture of traditional “talk” therapy with mindfulness, somatic, and trauma-informed practices. I am committed to an anti-oppressive, inclusive approach that welcomes all experiences.

I am licensed to provide telehealth in NY, GA, and FL. I also provide in-person sessions in GA.
