You might be someone who’s always striving—high-achieving on the outside, yet still feeling like it’s never enough. Or you may be carrying past experiences that continue to hurt, or navigating the tension between cultures, family expectations, and societal pressures. Whatever brings you here, we can explore your story together and move toward your unique path of healing.

I work with women and Asian immigrants who have experienced trauma, as well as clients navigating generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic disorder. I also help people manage challenges like depression and navigating life transitions.

In our sessions, you’ll have space to look at what healing means to you, why certain pains linger, how they show up, and how we might begin to rise above them or make peace with them. If this resonates, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Send an inquiry today and start your therapy journey.

Sessions are available via telehealth or in-person. Evening sessions are also available. Please inquire for further information on available appointment times.
