As a psychotherapist and psychiatrist, I believe that working to understand our struggles in the context of a healing relationship can help us live life with greater wisdom, flexibility, and integrity. I also believe that we are shaped by our relationships, past and present. My work is to address internal conflicts and patterns of suffering that can leave us feeling stuck in our lives. I aim to provide a space that fosters lasting emotional growth, greater fulfillment, and deeper connection with self and others. You may see me for psychotherapy, medications, or both. I work with individuals, couples, and groups.
I see our work as an opportunity to be your partner in a journey of self-discovery. Using a psychodynamic frame, I focus on helping you understand the stories that make up your past and present while also attuning to the here-and-now of our relationship. My hope is that, through this work, you may walk toward your future with authenticity and purpose.
I am committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care that centers you as a unique, whole person, while recognizing the ways that that our communities and intersectional identities shape our experiences. I welcome the privilege of working with people of all races, ethnicities, spiritualities, abilities, genders, and orientations.
