Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable discussing the challenges you may be experiencing. As a therapist, I believe that you are the expert on your own experiences, and my role is to work collaboratively with you to identify your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward the goals that are meaningful to you.

Therapy is a process, and you do not have to navigate it alone. Whether you are experiencing academic stress, relationship concerns, anxiety, life transitions, or simply feeling overwhelmed, this space is designed to support you. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable while building skills that can help you manage current challenges and support your overall well-being.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey. I look forward to working with you!
