At times, the journey may grow to feel overwhelming emotionally, physically, and mentally. Having a safe and supportive place to share experiences can support personal growth and wellness. Sometimes taking a pause and letting someone in to help along the way can feel like a big step, but taking this step with the right care and support can be life changing. I focus on counseling services for children, teens, and adults/young adults. I have experience in working with those with Autism, Intellectual Disability, Neurodiverse Individuals, Trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, and Depression.

I have trainings in and utilize Gestalt Psychotherapy, Trauma Recovery for Autistic, Intellectually Disabled, and Neurodiverse Individuals; Structural Family Therapy; and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I believe that we make adaptations based on past experiences to serve a purpose, and at times we come to therapy if those adaptations are no longer serving us as they once did. Through the therapeutic relationship, new adaptations for the present can be explored in a safe and supportive environment. If this resonates with you, please contact me.
