Welcome to NW Intrinsic Psychotherapy!
Our goal is to provide evidence-based individual therapy services in a safe, collaborative environment. We aim to help you explore your sense of self, values, and goals and to help you identify and address barriers achieving your goals and promoting quality of life.
We currently have 5-providers who serve 3-states. We provide therapeutic services to couples and individuals. We also have a provider who is fluent in both English and Vietnamese and is available in Washington and Idaho via telehealth.
Our Approach
We believe that, while you cannot always control the world around you, you have a choice in how you respond to that world.
We are licensed clinical psychologists who have been trained in several different therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and humanistic approaches. Further, we strive to maintain knowledge of various cultures and diversity considerations and an awareness of the impact culture and diversity can have on daily experiences to best support you.
We provide collaborative treatment planning and focus our sessions on what is most important to you. Our sessions offer a balanced mix of emotional processing and skill work that you can apply to your everyday life. We use a range of techniques to help you explore your values, goals, and healthy ways to address barriers in your life so you can continue your journey long after therapy has been completed.
