Rachel Devery
Hi! My name is Rachel Devery and I work with students who struggle with OCD, general anxiety, social anxiety, performance anxiety, and trauma/PTSD. Often anxieties and trauma leads to feeling stuck, hopeless or beyond repair. We can work together to build hope and find peace. The healing journey can be scary, and you are taking some brave steps forward. I know that healing is possible and you do not have to be stuck forever. It would be my honor to work alongside you in this journey to find healing and wholeness.
We will work together to reach your goals and face fears. Every person heals differently, and I use a variety of techniques from evidenced-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy.
