Many people I work with feel exhausted from holding it all together, frustrated by procrastination or sensory overload, or overwhelmed by anxiety and emotions that feel bigger than they can manage. Our sessions give you a nonjudgmental space to slow down so you understand what’s happening develop helpful perspectives that support your mind and body.
I specialize in neurodivergence and have a deep understanding of how co-occurring conditions like OCD and trauma can add stress and anxiety to your days - while disruptive nighttime routines and racing thoughts contribute to insomnia and sleep difficulties. Together, these dynamics create negative patterns that can leave you feeling stuck and unhappy.
The good news is that things can change! I utilize a scientific approach to therapy that first seeks to understand the unique ways you think, feel, and learn. Together, we’ll use this information to create a custom treatment plan with targeted strategies like ERP/I-CBT for OCD, CBT-I for insomnia, CPT for trauma, and more – adapted just for you.
