Hi, I'm Sara. I love working with young adults who may be experiencing tough or stressful times. College is so much fun but can also be a time of many transitions-- leaving home, making new friends, living independently, managing school -- and all the organization and planning that comes with it-- and a new social life.

This can be stressful and sometimes we need support during these types of transitions or life experiences. My support includes a safe space of connection, compassion, and even some laughter and fun!
