I have worked in a variety of settings and with people of all ages. My style has been described as warm, collaborative, compassionate, and direct when needed. As both a therapist and a person who has received therapy, I do not hide my humanity from my clients, and value being transparent and genuine in my approach. Something you'll notice when working with me is that I often hold two seemingly conflicting ideas as true at the same time. I will both validate your experiences and challenge you to change -- always with the goal of living more congruently with your deepest-held values.
