SKM Therapy and Consulting
Hi, I'm Sarah (she/her)! I'm a therapist, book lover, art appreciator, nerd, and someone who deeply appreciates connecting with friends and family over a delicious meal.
I have experience counseling college students both at a college counseling center and working with students who are attending a PHP/IOP. I enjoy working with students who are managing OCD, anxiety, or depression, developing their identity, navigating life transitions, or trying to figure out how to cope with being a human in 2026. I have experience working with depression and that "stuck" feeling, perfectionism, procrastination, social anxiety, family expectations, and transitioning to college life. Juggling academics, a social life, work, and more can be hard- but there are many things we can do to help you feel more confident and at ease.
I welcome, affirm, and support LGBTQ+ and ENM folks in my practice! If you are looking for support as your explore your identities and discover the values and beliefs you hold, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
