To help others make meaning of their lives and the difficulties we all encounter, I decided to pursue a career in therapy. I enjoy helping people make life changes that prevent them from feeling isolated when they are coping with pain, stress, and trauma. Everyone could gain from therapy, and everyone should have access to a place where they feel heard, understood, and protected. My two main objectives are meeting clients where they are in the process of healing and providing holistic care. Everybody is an expert on their own experience, and everyone deserves  to benefit from life despite its difficulties
