I’m Steve Valente, LCSW, a therapist in Colorado with over 30 years in social services. In addition to my clinical work, I’m a touring musician, which gives me a unique understanding of the pressures and unpredictability of creative life. I especially enjoy working with musicians and creatives to stay grounded, manage stress, and build a life that supports both mental health and passion.
