Talking with Tina
Hi, I’m Albertina, but most call me Tina. First, I want to say thank you for being here. Taking the time to look for a therapist is a huge first step, and I’m glad you’re taking it.
I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping people navigate life’s transitions, ongoing stress, and relationship challenges without feeling completely overwhelmed. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, trauma, or the heavy weight of a major life change, I provide a space where you can finally feel heard and supported.
Think of me like a "Big Sister" in your corner, someone who is going to listen, keep it real with you, and support you as you figure things out. My approach is collaborative and solution focused. Together, we’ll work on:
• Strengthening your communication skills.
• Developing practical coping strategies for everyday life.
• Building resilience and self-awareness.
• Creating lasting change that actually aligns with your personal goals and values.
I believe therapy should fit your needs, not the other way around. Our sessions can be as formal or as casual as you need them to be to feel successful. My personal mission is to change the world one person at a time, and I’d love to see if you’re that person today.
Reaching out can feel difficult when you’ve been carrying so much on your own, but you don’t have to navigate this alone. You don’t have to have it all together here. Just come as you are, and we will work together to help you become the person you wish to be.
