Hi, I’m Sierra (she/her)!

I help queer, neurodivergent people-pleasers swap burnout for boundaries and self-doubt for self-love. As a lesbian woman with ADHD raised in the Bible Belt, I know what it’s like to feel both “too much” and “not enough” all at once.

For example, difficulty estimating how long something will take (time imperception) or losing hours to reflecting on an interaction to make sure you’re not a bad person (scrupulosity).

- You overthink social cues constantly, unsure what people want you to say or do, while everyone else seems to just know.

- Asking for help feels impossible, especially from authority figures, because fear and self-doubt have been running the show.

- Therapy in the past felt like explaining Queerness 101, impeding on your ability to make progress.

The Bohemian Therapist is not an in-network provider for any insurance plans. Some insurance plans have out-of-network benefits that cover part of the cost of these visits.

Sliding Scale Offered: A sliding scale fee "slides" to try to meet the needs of clients who are unable to pay the full fee. Details can be discussed upon consultation.
