I tend to work best with students who are thoughtful, introspective, and feeling a bit untethered — those who are asking big questions about who they are, where they’re headed, or why things feel harder than they “should.” Many of the students I see are navigating identity shifts, grief or loss (including the loss of who they thought they’d be), neurodivergence, relationship patterns, or the quiet pressure to have everything figured out. On the outside, they may look like they’re doing okay. On the inside, they often feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from holding it all together.
Therapy with me is collaborative, gentle, and curious. We slow things down and make space for the parts of you that are anxious, self-critical, unsure, or just tired. Rather than trying to “fix” you, we work toward understanding — helping you feel more grounded in yourself, more compassionate toward your inner world, and more clear about what you need and want moving forward. If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, thoughtful, and interested in helping you build a deeper relationship with yourself (not just cope or perform), my practice may be a good fit.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
