I value the opportunity to support individuals uncover their inner strength, heal from the past, and rediscover hope. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and I am passionate about supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those from culturally and gender-diverse communities. I belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported as individuals navigate life’s challenges. Witnessing the resilience and growth of individuals as they overcome obstacles is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. I ensure individuals feel heard and understood by providing a supportive environment where one can openly share their experiences. I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion. I work closely with individuals throughout your therapeutic journey, encouraging and empowering them to take an active role in your personal growth.

I’ve always cared deeply about people, especially those who feel misunderstood or overlooked. Growing up, I saw how much it meant when someone took the time to listen without judgment. That stuck with me. Over time, I realized I wanted to be that kind of support for others, someone who helps people feel safe, heard, and valued. Becoming a therapist felt like the most natural path for me, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their inner strength. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and free to be yourself. I’ll listen not just to what you say, but also to the feelings and experiences behind your words. I want to understand what truly matters to you, and I’ll check in often to make sure I’m hearing you the way you want to be heard. This space is yours, as we work through what’s most meaningful to you. Building trust is a process that occurs over time, and I view it as a two-way interaction. In our work together, I’ll show up consistently, be honest with you, and create a space where you can speak freely without fear of being judged. I’ll go at your pace, and we’ll talk about what feels helpful to you. I’ll also ensure our work feels safe and supportive. I want you to feel heard, respected, and genuinely understood as we work together toward your therapy goals.

Sometimes it's really hard for us to ask for help-especially when you're a strong, independent woman. Therapy is a great way to reach out, learn more about yourself, and grow through any challenges you might be facing. I help women who want to change their relationship with food and their bodies. I work with women in individual, group, & virtual therapy. I have a holistic approach that covers a wide range of symptoms & issues, but I enjoy helping clients who have struggled with their weight make peace with food. I love working with college women who are graduating & seeking support for the transition, and specialize in those women experiencing a "quarter life crisis". I also have a lot of experience helping women with recovering from sexual trauma. I love working with women who may have experienced an unplanned pregnancy or abortion as well, and offer an non-judgemental, pro-choice arena to explore emotions. Starting therapy can seem scary, but its brave to get some help! Make the decision to feel better today. I am an Out of Network insurance provider-contact your insurance to see if you qualify for these benefits. Flexible spending and HSA accepted as payment. I work best with young adults and athletes who are used to putting a lot of pressure on themselves. You may struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, low confidence, or the feeling that no matter how much you accomplish, it never feels like enough. Many of my clients are balancing academic, athletic, career, or personal expectations while trying to figure out who they are and what they want for their future. Whether you're navigating performance pressure, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns of overthinking, therapy can help you build a healthier relationship with yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and structured, helping you develop practical tools to manage stress, strengthen self-confidence, and feel more grounded in your daily life. I believe growth happens when we learn to be both compassionate and honest with ourselves. Together, we'll create a space where you can better understand your experiences, build resilience, and move toward the life you want with greater confidence and clarity.

I am interested in working with motivated students who are willing to invest themselves in the therapeutic process. I provide a safe place to talk and a supportive place to address what "hurts", "what's really hard and stressful in their life". Therapy is a relationship based on team work and a willingness to invest attention and time from me as well as from the client. Some issues are resolved quickly while others require more attention and time to resolve.

Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Maybe you’re a people pleaser who defaults into putting other people’s feelings and needs first. Or you’re experiencing burnout from trying to uphold perfectionist standards. Or you’re a high-achiever on the emotional rollercoaster of tying all your worth to your school or work. Or you want to stop stressing about what you eat and how much you weigh, but the idea of letting go of control is terrifying. I'd love to help!

I work best with students who may look like they are managing everything on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. You may be adjusting to college life, struggling with relationships, feeling pressure about academics or your future, coping with grief or a major life change, or simply realizing that the ways you have handled stress in the past are no longer working as well. Many of the students I work with are thoughtful, responsible, and hard on themselves. They may have difficulty slowing down, setting boundaries, trusting their own decisions, or knowing what they need. Others are navigating loneliness, family stress, a breakup, changes in identity, or the transition into adulthood and are looking for a place where they can talk openly without feeling judged. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Therapy is a place where we can make sense of what you are experiencing, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools to help you feel more grounded and confident. Depending on what you need, our work may include talking through current challenges, exploring how past experiences affect you today, learning ways to manage anxiety and difficult emotions, or using EMDR and body-based strategies to work through experiences that still feel unresolved. You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We can start with whatever feels most important to you and work together from there.

Are you feeling overwhelmed as your family navigates the chaos of crisis stabilization, residential treatment, or intensive outpatient care? I specialize in supporting individuals and families who are coming from—or preparing to transition to—higher levels of care. Whether your loved one is returning home from a treatment center or you're facing the possibility of a higher level of support, I help families rebuild trust, restore communication, and make sense of what’s happened. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, my approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in compassion. I offer a safe space for individuals to heal, understand their story, and decide how they want to move forward. I help caregivers make space for their own pain while staying steady and supportive in the face of family struggles. This work is hard—and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m not here to sugarcoat the process—but I do believe in healing, resilience, and the power of showing up differently. If your family is navigating a major transition or still feeling the aftershocks of trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. Let’s work together to create a path forward.
