I was born and raised in Rockford, Ill. before moving to Columbia, Mo. to attend the University of Missouri. I graduated with a Bachelors of Journalism and moved to Rogers, Ark. where I worked as an editor and designer for Celebrate Arkansas Magazine. I fell in love with Northwest Arkansas and stayed in the area to attend graduate school at the University of Arkansas.
