As a licensed psychologist, I provide therapy services across the lifespan. Viewing my role in clients' lives as a privilege, I approach my work with warmth, candor, and a genuine belief in one's potential for growth. A bit about my approach to therapy: Our difficulties often stem from longstanding patterns of relating to ourselves and others that are no longer serving us. Through greater awareness of these patterns and our internal emotional world, we are better able to cope and connect. I enjoy partnering with client's to explore both the past and present, with the hope of creating a better future. What you can expect from our first session: In our sessions, you can expect a welcoming and empathetic environment. We will start with an introductory session to determine fit. From there, we will dive into your story. I aim for our time to be collaborative, with us both taking active roles in the work. Schedule a session: https://corcoranpsych.sessionshealth.com/

Licensed Professional Counselor
In-Person & Online
Denver, CO

Hi there! I’m Alex Boyce, a Licensed Professional Counselor—and I’m a firm believer that therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly serious. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from CU Denver in 2015, and I specialize in helping college students and young adults work through the challenges that come with this stage of life—things like anxiety (including that relentless “what if” spiral), stress, perfectionism, OCD, trauma, burnout, emotional ups and downs, and feeling lost or stuck. If your brain ever feels like it’s constantly running in the background or your emotions are all over the place, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. I’m trained in EMDR Therapy for trauma, as well as Exposure and Response Prevention and Inference-Based CBT for OCD and anxiety. Those terms might sound complicated, but I’ll break them down into real, understandable steps that actually help you make sense of what’s going on. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and grounded in trust—with plenty of psychoeducation so you can understand why your mind reacts the way it does. Our first sessions are about connection and understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll make a plan that fits your goals—without judgment or pressure. What makes my practice a little different? I mix evidence-based therapy with genuine humor, empathy, and real talk. I’ve spent over a decade helping people move from survival mode to self-acceptance and confidence, and I’ll be there with you through it all—whether that means sitting in the hard stuff, celebrating wins, or laughing about the weird tricks anxiety plays on us. Outside of work, I recharge by doing yoga, hiking Colorado’s trails, paddleboarding, and catching live music when I can. If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself—or figure out who that is—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

You want better relationships with your partner, your family, and most importantly, with yourself. Although you've found success in many areas of life, you're struggling to adjust to a recent life change like a move to a new place, the birth of a child, or the start or end of an important relationship. I work with adults and couples who are motivated to know themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way, and are ready to experience real success during their time in therapy. Marriage & Family Therapist

“Hey there, I’m Brandon! I conceptualize therapy not as a static moment in time, but as an active, winding journey. I utilize Narrative and Somatic Therapies to challenge problematic stories we tell ourselves and rewrite our roles in them, learning how to live presently and understand emotion, especially as it exists within our bodies. Additionally, I specialize in trauma work with Brainspotting and Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to heal and integrate adverse experiences. My joy has been in working with multi-racial/cultural clients, the LGBT+ community, and other adults dealing with life transition! The individual who usually finds the most growth with me is someone who is ready to enact positive, healthy change in their life and build/foster beneficial relationships. My client can rely on me to challenge thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve, but especially to support, encourage, and be a safe place to land!”

I utilize evidenced based interventions from both acceptance and commitment therapy and trauma-informed care principles in my practice. I graduated in 2017 from the University of Denver with my Masters in Social Work and have been providing both inpatient and outpatient treatment since that time. My education and both, personal and professional experiences have allowed me to develop skills to work with diverse, often marginalized populations, such as members of the LGBTQIA+ population or those where English is not their first language. My specialities for work center around severe mental illnesses, such as: schizophrenia and other thought disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Typically clients I work with have the above noted challenges, but have also experienced other stressors in their relationships, employment, and/or with addiction(s) of some kind.

Currently accepting both virtual and in-person clients - Hi there! My name is Lindsey. I primarily come from an attachment-based, relational approach, where what matters most is genuine, authentic connection. A story well told is my favorite piece of the human experience. I particularly specialize in: ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders. I also work with those struggling with their relationships and/or challenges coming up in life (including but not limited to: school, work, navigating 20s and/or 30s, interpersonal struggles, dating, family dynamics, life stressors, identity development, and values work). I find it to truly be an honor and privilege to be right beside you as you navigate whatever challenges life throws at you.
