My job is about hope. I help students struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress. These symptoms can interfere with your schoolwork and wellness. Many of my former clients tell me that they were surprised and relieved to feel so much better after therapy. They were unsure if they would ever find relief from the challenges they had. Hello! Act2Change Therapy & Wellness Center is an inclusive and affirming therapy and coaching practice serving clients throughout the state of Georgia. We are currently only offering services via secure Telehealth due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of our college-age clients find Telehealth to be particularly convenient, given their busy schedules. Gen Z and Millennial women are often bombarded with difficult life transitions such as adulting, relationship distress, quarter-life crises, career pursuits, parenting, caregiving, and more. This can be a lot to manage! Societal pressures plus the changing roles of women in this age group require a focused, feminist, and knowledgable approach.
