Seeking help is challenging. Having to share thoughts and feelings with people can be intimidating. Having to talk to someone you don’t know can be intimidating. Stranger danger! However, like many things in life, it's not as hard as it seems. I work with people who feel overwhelmed with their thoughts and stress. The person who feels stuck. Overthinking leads to anxiety, anxiety leads to avoidance, and avoidance leads to feeling unhappy. Let's break that cycle!

Many of the students I work with are dealing with anxiety, stress, sadness, imposter syndrome, or self-doubt. Some are managing heavy academic loads while also worrying about their future. Others are trying to balance school with family expectations, friendships, and romantic relationships. Many feel like they’re supposed to "have it all together" but deep down feel lost, stuck, or just exhausted from trying so hard. In our work together, we focus on giving you a place where you don’t have to perform or pretend. Therapy is a place where you can be honest about what’s hard, get support in making sense of it, and start finding ways to feel more grounded, more confident, and more in charge of your own life — without the pressure to be perfect.

Therapy is not about having all the answers — it’s about discovering them together. I believe therapy is a space where we get to be deeply human — messy, growing, curious, and real. My approach is collaborative and grounded in trust, compassion, and a genuine belief in your ability to heal and grow. I work with individuals navigating a range of challenges — whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck.
College can be a wild mix of freedom and stress... with friend drama, missing home but wanting independence, figuring out what you want to do with your life, financial pressure, loneliness when friend groups shift, and the everyday weight of adult responsibilities starting to pile up. It’s a lot to carry, and it makes sense if you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure how to handle it all. And then, when you’re finally ready to reach out for support, finding a therapist can feel like another full-time assignment. Scrolling through endless profiles feels a little like online dating... you’re reading way too many bios, everyone sounds kind of the same, and you’re left wondering who you’ll actually click with. Add in the stress of costs, schedules, and trying to figure out if they’ll really get what you’re going through, and it’s exhausting before you even start. My goal is to make that step less overwhelming and give you a space where you don’t have to perform, pretend, or have it all figured out.

I look forward to meeting you and discussing treatment options aimed towards recovery and ultimate stability.

Navigating life’s challenges doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or isolating. I work with teens, women, and families to provide a safe, affirming space where you can explore your emotions, build healthier relationships, and develop meaningful coping tools. Whether you're facing anxiety, life transitions, parenting stress, or family conflict, I meet you where you are—with empathy, curiosity, and compassion. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and deeply person-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a clinical checklist. I specialize in helping clients untangle difficult emotions, improve communication, and reconnect with their strengths. I specialize in working with queer and neurodivergent clients, including those with no formal diagnosis, particularly autistic people, individuals with ADHD, and couples with mixed neurotypes. I am interested in exploring embodiment, somatic interventions, expressive arts, and pleasure activism with clients. I work with a variety of needs, such as navigating non-traditional relationship structures, anxiety, depression, self-actualization, low desire, identity development, and dysphoria, and the way grief can interplay with these needs. I facilitate these explorations through a humanistic, feminist, and systems-oriented lens. My area of focus is trauma-informed sex therapy. I hope to support clients as they defang shame and center joy and pleasure in their lives. I have four years of experience working with survivors of sexual trauma and a lifetime of working with queer people; in addition, I am kink-aware, polyamory-positive and -informed, pro-sex work, and organizer-friendly.
