*****UPDATE 5/27/26: Our clinician Nobska Goodhue has current openings for clients seeking individual therapy on Monday or Tuesday mornings, or Thursday afternoon! If you are interested in setting up care, please email nobska@deepdivecounseling.net ***** We are a small group of like-minded practitioners. Our clinicians take a trauma-informed approach to all client work, and have significant experience treating sex-related trauma. We share a therapeutic focus on relationship dynamics, identity exploration, and self-growth, and commonly work with those in young adulthood and/or higher education. Clients who seek our services are often looking for help with trauma/PTSD/C-PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, sexual health, relationships, identity exploration, and/or spirituality; our practitioners are kink and poly-informed, social-justice oriented, and share a special commitment to serving members of the LGBTQ+ community specifically.
My approach is collaborative and open-minded. I offer both long-term and short-term psychotherapy. True healing occurs when individuals can reflect on the ways they engage with others, with the world, and with themselves. Relationships are often a focus because it is here that struggles often present themselves.
You smile and say “I’m fine” but it's not true. You don’t necessarily know what’s wrong so sometimes you even convince yourself you're OK. You feel overwhelmed trying to balance the demands of being a student, living on your own, preparing for your future, maintaining relationships with family/friends, gaining financial independence, etc. It feels like everybody around you has it all under control. You question whether you're depressed or anxious. Maybe you've learned to cope by scrolling on your phone and self-medicating. You want to learn healthier coping skills. You want to talk to someone who only has YOU in mind. You deserve to find a therapist who will listen, care, support and advocate for you. I have experience working with college-aged students who present with a variety of concerns including: ADHD, anxiety and depression, domestic violence, eating disorders, grief/loss, life transitions, relational conflict, self-esteem issues, stress management, substance use, and trauma. Check out my website to learn more about me! I offer an initial 45-minute consultation free of charge to all potential clients so you can make sure I am a good fit for you. Feel free to contact me by phone or email if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule a consultation.
I specialize in working with couples, families, and individuals of diverse genders, sexualities, and relationships including queer, trans and nonbinary, BDSM and kinky, and nonmonogamous/poly folks. Please feel free to check out my website for more info at <CharlesStrauss.com>. Aside from my private practice, I also facilitate the free monthly drop-in trans-inclusive Bisexual and Bi-Curious Men's Group 7-9pm every second Tuesday of the month, currently meeting online. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and my professional background includes serving as a School Adjustment Counselor at Milton High School. I support clients throughout the school year, helping them navigate emotional, social, and behavioral situations. Additionally, I offer a 6-8 session solution-based therapy module specifically available specifically during the summer. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, and their families in diverse educational and clinical settings. I support the emotional, social, and behavioral development of a large caseload of students where I have developed a strong background in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress management, and ADHD. Additionally, I am deeply experienced in supporting clients as they work through complex relationship dynamics, family issues, and trauma.
At Viv Well Psychological Services, I believe in empowering individuals to heal from unspoken truths to achieve their mental health goals. I provide compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a focus on serving minoritized community. I offer a safe space to discuss thoughts, feelings, and experiences and am committed to culturally responsive care. Together, we can work towards a fulfilling and healthy life.
I believe that how we interact with others in the present often grew out of lessons learned earlier in life. Sometimes, people use strategies to cope with situations that once made sense but are no longer effective or useful. I also believe that everyone has strengths that can help guide decisions and behaviors in the present. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where we become travelers on your journey; we look at concerns, explore their origins and feelings that arise, and discuss how to view and handle situations here and now. I blend developmental and clinical approaches to help individuals understand difficulties within the context of typical stages of life. Treatment is geared to individual needs, and I draw on a variety of theoretical orientations (e.g., Psychodynamic, CBT, and Humanistic therapies). I work with individuals from a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds, and I have a special interest in gender identity and sexual orientation (LGBTQIA+). I have helped clients with concerns including, among several others, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, and life transitions. Please visit my website for more information: www.everbreezepsych.com

At Deborah Madison Muench, counseling LLC we strive to help each client to live their best life. My style is direct, interactive, supportive and compassionate. I particularly enjoy working with older adolescents and adults who are experiencing difficult and challenging transitions in their lives. I have found that some people seek counseling for short term solutions, while others are seeking a longer, deeper, transformative experience. Some goals I have helped my patients achieve include: overcoming inhibitions about relationships or career, becoming better self-advocates, managing stressful life transitions, exercising more control over choices and actions, and mourning the loss of a loved one/significant relationship. I often use CBT, DBT, and ERP to help clients maximize functioning.
Virtual Therapy for students of color, LGBTQIA+ students, international students, third-culture kids, and anyone who’s ever felt like they don’t fully belong. On the outside, you might look like you’ve got it together. Inside, it feels different: - Racing thoughts that won’t stop - Tension in your body and exhaustion you can’t shake - Sleep struggles—restless nights or oversleeping to escape - Eating out of sync—skipping meals, stress eating, or feeling disconnected from hunger cues - Mood swings, irritability, or emotional flatness - School, friendships, romantic relationships, and even self-care feel overwhelming - Isolating when you actually crave connection ✨ This isn’t just “stress.” Often, it’s unprocessed trauma—from childhood, cultural pressure, identity struggles, or painful past experiences—that quietly fuels anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck. My approach: - Not quick fixes or endless coping skills - Trauma-informed and holistic therapy - Tools like Brainspotting + somatic therapy to help your nervous system heal, not just your thoughts - A space to uncover the root of what’s keeping you stuck and move toward lasting change What you can expect: - Feeling more grounded, present, and connected—to yourself, your community, and your future - Support from someone who gets it: as an Asian clinician and former international student, I understand the challenges of navigating multiple cultures and expectations - A space where you don’t have to over-explain—you can show up fully, take up space, and finally feel seen

I help folks get unstuck by using strategies and conserving their energy as best they can. Sometimes all the insight in the world doesn't change your life. I use various behavior therapies so we can understand how and why you tick AND come up with tangible steps towards the life you’ve always wanted. Virtual evening skills groups! I offer virtual DBT skills groups for adults including: young adults, mixed ages and all genders, women only and men only. Generally the folks I work with struggle with high sensitivity, perfectionism, and mild/moderate depression and anxiety symptoms. Most of the folks I work with use the psychoeducational group to enhance the individual healing work they are already doing. The group adds structure and accountability to practicing evidence based coping strategies to better manage moods, identify triggers, improve relationships/communication and overall stress management techniques.
