About me: I have a strong belief in therapy because I've successfully used it. I've had my own personal exploration into suffering and I've made my way out of these fogs by utilizing the support of others. It is my experience that no one lives their best life alone. Connection has the capacity to offer regulation and engender strength. I honor my sense of humanity that allows me to tend and befriend others, and take joy in my sense of playfulness that can bring a smile or a laugh to someone at the just the right moment. About my work: I work through an integrated lens, currently drawing on EFT, neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive psychology to explore how lifestyle, relationships, and early experiences shape our wellbeing. I also use the power of storytelling to help reframe the limiting narratives we carry about ourselves. Lately, I've been doing meaningful work with clients navigating OCD tendencies, using approaches including ERP and ACT. I am also working to expand my expertise through continued education in somatic approaches, chronic illness and premenstrual disorders, to support the full complexity of what my clients carry. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, to help people trust themselves again, and to help them recommit to life — through the big things and the small. About my credentials: I graduated from Lesley University with a MA in Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I am a Massachusetts licensed mental health counselor with experience in a variety of outpatient therapeutic settings. I welcome your questions.

Life is a multifaceted journey. Sometimes we need help along the way. That's where I come in! *providing telehealth services* You are valid. Your feelings are valid. You are not crazy. You most certainly are not broken. I offer you all a place to feel safe, heard, and validated. I am not the authority on your life but am an outside perspective. I want to treat you like a person, not a number on a page. I value open and honest communication. I will not suggest a course of treatment that I have not researched or tried on myself. I value the use of self-disclosure if it will in turn benefit your healing process. I have spent time engaging in intensive family treatment in homes and individual work through my private practice. I am open and honest and provide individualistic treatment to everyone who decides to work with me. I want to be a tool that is used to provide some help.

I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in adolescence and young adulthood. I completed a fellowship at Mclean Hospital in Adolescent Mental Health. I was previously a psychologist at Mclean Hospital's Klarman Eating Disorders Center where I specialized in the care of individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and associated concerns. I enjoy working collaboratively with a client, couple, or family to understand how someone's struggles relate to their larger goals, hopes, and motivations and how to work to understand their experiences together and move closer to those goals. I use approaches to therapy that focus on understanding the role and functions of emotions and behaviors, understanding someone's experience in the context of relationships, and utilizing strengths and competencies in the therapy process. In addition to individual therapy, I have a passion for working with couples, families, and in relationship based therapies. I also provide parent consultation for parents supporting their child or adult child through an eating disorder. Please reach out if you have any questions and would like to schedule a complementary initial phone consultation.

I work best with clients who may appear to have it together on the outside while internally feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many are navigating trauma, OCD, mood changes, identity exploration, or relationship stress. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients and those looking for an authentic, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to better understand themselves and heal.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
My goal is to empower you to develop healthy relationships, overcome personal challenges and to identify and heal conflicts / wounds so that you become the most robust version of you possible. I will actively support you through your journey and empower you with the confidence for self-exploration. I am a New York State licensed Psychotherapist experienced in working with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, loss and grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, family and relationship struggles, identity, complex life transitions, and trauma ranging from the personal to systemic. I am a graduate of Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work and completed training in working with Couples and Families through the Ackerman Institute for the Family and advanced post graduate training in Relational Therapy at the Stephen A. Mitchell Center for Relational Studies. I bring warmth, deep listening, honesty, cultural sensitivity and humility, and a spirit of collaboration, authenticity, and humor to my therapeutic work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have worked extensively with adolescents and emergent adults and understand that these junctures typically involve a great deal of growth and change. This can in turn be exciting and wonderful, and also sometimes disorienting and overwhelming. I approach therapy as a collaborative exploration of an individual's lived experiences, the meanings they make out of these experiences, and the relationships they cultivate with self and others in the context of these experiences and meaning-making. In therapy together we slow these conscious and lesser conscious processes down to better understand what might be happening, where people may be stuck in self-limiting narratives or patterns, where resilience, joy, and strength can be recognized, and where growth and change are possible.
