My mission is to guide and empower individuals through their emotional challenges—helping you build stronger relationships, rediscover your inner strength, and create the balanced, fulfilling life you deserve. I blend traditional therapy with somatic practices, focusing on the mind-body connection to support deeper healing. Using breathwork, mindfulness, and tailored strategies, you’ll gain clarity, confidence, and live more authentically. You deserve a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate partner who will help you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with your inner strength. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. I work best with students dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or all of the above. A lot of the students I see feel overwhelmed, burned out, stuck in their heads, or frustrated with focus and motivation. Some are looking for medication support, others want non-med options, and many want a mix of both. If meds haven’t worked well before, caused side effects, or just didn’t feel like the full answer, you’re not alone. My approach combines medication treatment with practical, non-med strategies to support your nervous system, focus, mood, and day-to-day life. We’ll work together to figure out what’s actually going on and create a plan that fits you—not a one-size-fits-all approach. If you want care that takes ADHD, anxiety, and depression seriously while still seeing you as a whole person, you might be a good fit here.
I have worked with a large range of college students from all walks of life, and I enjoy working with this population. I find that my practice is most effective for those who are mostly ready to engage deeply with their own needs for growth and change. I work best with students who are expressive and willing to be open about the challenges they are facing. If you are someone who is ready to show up to work on the things that are most important to you, we will be a great match. Together, we will focus on finding your own solutions for living and ways to buff the resilience needed to navigate the unique pressures of campus life, academic stress, and personal transitions. To make support as accessible as possible for busy student schedules, I provide all services via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows you to engage in meaningful, private sessions from the comfort of your own space, whether you are between classes or at home. Ready to start? I invite you to reach out for an initial consultation to see how we can work together toward your goals.

It feels like no matter how hard you try, somehow you always end up right back where you started. Plagued by nagging self-doubts that say you aren’t good enough, strong enough, or smart enough, you wonder how anyone could really love you. Fearful that if other people knew the “real” you, they’d turn away. Bending and contorting yourself to be what others think you should be, you end up feeling anxious or depressed most of the time. And then there are those experiences that you don’t talk about. The shame and guilt are too much. Every day feels harder than the last with no end in sight. You don’t have to live that way anymore. I will teach you the skills to identify the thoughts and beliefs that are getting in your way, the steps to change them, and a new way to see yourself and your experiences. I won’t lie, this is hard work. But it will be so much easier than staying stuck. You can do this and I will be by your side supporting you. Now is the time to step into a new chapter in your life. Experience an inner voice that is encouraging and hopeful. Hold yourself with compassion and care. Embrace your authentic self. Feel free, hopeful and happy. Call me today to set up your free consultation. Welcoming diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities.

My clinical approach is multi-disciplinary and rooted in psychodynamic theory, attachment theory, and humanistic psychology. I also have a background in integrative health and wellness, which can contribute to a more in-depth perspective on treatment. In addition, my work is relational and informed by the belief and the research that the essence of therapy is the relationship between the client and the therapist. It is this relationship that can encourage true and thorough transformation. My style is genuine, collaborative, interpersonal, direct, and non-judgemental, and I encourage clients to be true to themselves and transparent. Although treatment is based on an individual's needs and goals, primary objectives in treatment are to help clients (re)connect to their confidence and curiosity and to reinforce their capacity and resiliency.

Working with college ages and young adults is one of my favorite parts of practicing. Over the years I’ve helped students through applying to different colleges and universities, choosing the best school, choosing a major, to preparing for graduation. College can be stressful and I encourage clients to create a balance with academics and recreational activities to protect against burnout and feeling overwhelmed. Living independently for the first time is a big transition and sometimes it’s helpful to have extra support as you navigate this new phase of life.
Over-stimulation of sensitivities and the need for recognition and care of those sensitivities is so important in the world we live in today. I have worked with Neuro-divergent clients helping them to understand, address and heal the trauma of power and control, which causes so much suffering in our present world. With twenty plus years of extensive experience working with high-spectrum autism, I offer personalized therapy sessions designed to support both clients and caregivers, helping you create positive change, build stronger connections, and foster growth in your relationship with your loved one. Cognitive Bodhicitta Therapy is a course of treatment which helps my clients to unpack and process their past, letting go of their trauma, so that they may find their purpose, to build the life they wish to live. "Know Thyself", is the core tenet of my work and to love oneself is to truly know oneself. Let me help you find that purpose and self love. My journey has been that of a healer, join me in that journey and let me help you find your personal path to healing and self love.
