I have been working in the field since 2013 and from my experience working in hospital and residential treatment centers, I became interested in addressing trauma. Trauma can come in many forms, has an impact on all of our systems. Trauma is on a continuum of stress and includes severe stress as well as stress over an extensive period of time. Sometimes, we're not aware of this and it can show up as anxiety. I offer EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Hypnotherapy. Life has a way of showing us where our work is and I am honored to have been a part of many people's recovery.

Welcome! I know from my own experiences as well as the many clients I have worked with over the years that therapy is an important pathway towards growth and healing. We will create a space where you can be open, expressive, learn new ways of seeing yourself and the world, new ways to cope with the challenges of life, and create new paths to relationship. We work together to bring wholeness, connection and a rediscovery of your strength and purpose. I am sensitive to the parts of our selves that make us unique, which includes different expressions of gender, sexuality, culture, socio-economic status, ethnicity, race, political ideology, religion, LGTBQIA2S+ identity, and intersectionality. I use mindfulness, my own therapy and consultation to help me address bias that might come up in my work. I partner with clients with an orientation towards social justice, honoring difference and our own deep knowledge of ourselves and our needs.

In-person/ Face to Face in Colorado Springs and online throughout Colorado. In our sessions we will ride the line between spirituality and psychology. You will learn to be comfortable with discomfort. I will help you connect with yourself on a deeper level. We will uncover your patterns, learn how to implement boundaries, and develop a relationship with yourself. From the minute we meet we will be building a relationship based on trust and authenticity. I strive to create a place where you can be yourself. A place that feels safe to face the things you avoid. Together, we will help you develop a witness of your life and experiences. You will gain the ability to connect with the present moment and calm your nervous system. You will learn to accept things as they are instead of the way you might want them to be. Life has been so unpredictable these days. The constant ups, downs, and changes make us feel so depleted and uncertain. No matter how hard you try, it's like you can never regain your footing and are constantly stumbling along. You're not sure which way you are headed and you just want some clarity and direction. You want a space you can go to think through your thoughts and finally take a deep cleansing breath. Let's take that breath together and begin the process of finding your footing again. Based on my years of training, experience, and skills, I believe that the path to healing begins with you, your unique journey through life, and unbecoming parts that no longer serve you. In our work, I will walk with you through this healing journey to find who you are meant to become on the other side. It's time for you to take that deep breath and begin moving one foot in front of the other. You have struggled to find your direction long enough. Let's work together to find your footing again, and get back on your journey through life.

Hi there, I'm Lindsey! I help healers and caregivers who feel overwhelmed and not enough to feel appreciated, grounded, and confident by supporting deep self-reflection and boundaries. Many of my clients are students, teachers, social workers, therapists, nurses, and therapists, or they care for a loved one such as a partner, child, or parent. People who care for others often feel overwhelmed, anxious, not enough, and resentful because their needs aren't being met. Together, we can work to reduce your feeling of being overwhelmed, set healthy boundaries, and make you feel better.

We are all a product of our stories— the good, the bad, and everything between. Many times, we aren’t aware of how rooted we are in past beliefs and relationship narratives or how deeply they’ve impacted our current choices and decisions. Therapy allows us to uncover the different sides of ourselves, to unlearn unhelpful beliefs and to emphasize positive ones. Together, we can create a collaborative environment that will help you gain a greater sense of self-awareness and self-esteem. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and PTSD with a range of modalities including EMDR and IFS. Focused on college students and adults. My therapeutic approach has been described as warm, positive, and creative. My intuitive and down-to-earth approach paired with my clinical expertise will create a foundation for you to feel safe and seen, listened to and understood. We’ll work together to get you on a path toward renewal and the understanding of self. Therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach. I get to know each of my clients individually to devise a plan that will best work for them. Currently, I am located in Bozeman, Montana and am dually licensed in Montana and Colorado and see individuals via telehealth. I look forward to connecting with you!

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a licensed therapist (LMFT), and I work with students who are navigating all the messy, beautiful, confusing parts of being human—especially during a time like college, when everything feels like it’s shifting. You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Maybe you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you’re becoming, and that’s okay. It’s normal to want some support while you're figuring things out. In our work together, you’ll find a space that’s calm, non-judgmental, and focused on you. I use a mix of approaches—CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused work—but more than anything, I show up with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your pace and your story. I became a therapist because I know how powerful it can be to feel truly seen and heard. I bring my own love of creativity, deep listening, and belief in people’s resilience into the room with me. You don’t have to have the right words or a plan, just bring yourself. We’ll figure it out together.

Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Denver, CO

What if getting better didn't mean spending years talking about everything that's ever gone wrong? I work with college and grad students to build real, lasting change by providing insight and skills that actually help. With over a decade of clinical work in the US and abroad, I've helped young adults manage anxiety, quiet the perfectionism and imposter syndrome that follow them into every exam and internship, while creating a healthy type of confidence that remains under pressure. My clients describe working with me as supportive, direct, collaborative, and nothing like what they expected therapy to be. We figure out what's driving the pattern. Then we work on changing it. I specialize in: anxiety, burnout and stress, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. My approach pulls from CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness, grounded in a trauma-informed model. You don't have to have it figured out to start. Currently offering Online Therapy throughout Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Vermont, and Florida. Whether you are in Boston, NYC, or Denver, I am ready when you are.

My background has shaped a clinical approach rooted in curiosity and a drive to understand the motivations behind actions. This perspective allows me to serve my clients through relational lens, focusing on meaningful connection and growth. If you choose to work with me, you will find a collaborative environment defined by non-judgment and openness.
